Vision

The Education Department of the Labor and Social Security Institute is a systematic, flexible, knowledge-based, dynamic and goal-oriented unit that aims to help social, legal, and managerial challenges of work through planning of educational processes and clarification of educational needs, as well as organizing and continuous implementation of short-term and long-term educational courses, in the use of modern educational tools for all existing stakeholders.

From the beginning of its establishment, the Education Department the of the Labour and Social Security Institute has put its main efforts in the fields of science and practice in various fields of the institute mission, and also the main task of education, dissemination and expansion of knowledge and insight, empowering human capital in the fields of labour, employers, managers and employees of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labour and Social Welfare and affiliated organizations, members of dispute settlement authorities, evaluating and ranking of instructors, improving skills, improving social knowledge of work, promoting work culture and other areas related to the category of work.
