Research Management
Tasks:
In order to obtaining the research goals mentioned in the Single Article of LSSI Constitution, the most important duties of research management are as fallow:
- Collecting information and studding about different topics of labour;
- Research and survey in different fields of labour law, labour economy, labour management, labour social affairs and etc;
- Exchanging of knowledge and information form international sources;
- Supporting research projects and theses of M.A and PHD; and
- Creating scientific groups.
Management of research consists of the following research groups:
- Research group of labour law;
- Research group of labour economy; and
- Research group of social security; and
- Group of Entrepreneurship Management
Tasks of Scientific Groups
A\ In training
Consult in determination of needs and priorities along with supply and edit of training books, performing and evaluating of training courses.
B\ In research
Determination of needs and priorities, survey and approving of research projects, scientific supervision and also determination of scientific supervisors for projects and ratifying periodical reports of researchers.
Distinguishing and establishing relations with the country’s scientific capacities in different fields of “Labour Social Knowledge” including labour law, labour economy, labour management, labour social studies, and labour psychology.
Research priorities
Research priorities will be prepared based on research needs in the areas of labour relations, employment and labour social studies with an emphasis on their applications. These priorities will be announced through advertisements in newspapers or through sending a list of topics to related colleges and academic centers and also through the LSSI Website. The received Proposals will be reviewed in related research group of LSSI.
