Duties

1.Strategic programs

Education and raising the level of knowledge and expertise of labours, employers, and employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare and affiliated organizations

Coordination with relevant institutions in the field of designing and implementing specialized on-the-job education courses for experts and managers

Interaction with labour, employer and cooperative organizations and institutions in order to assess their needs and planning educational courses for them.

Cultivating and guiding the talents of the target community in the direction of personal and organizational improvement

Measurement and evaluation of educational courses

Evaluating and ranking the instructors of the educational courses

Preparing and compiling educational programs

Preparing and compiling educational texts and packages

 

2. Executive programs

Conducting educational courses for the target groups in the form of attendance and non-attendance

Conducting specialized webinars for the deputies of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labour and Social Welfare

Conducting non-attendance tests for target groups in the Ministry of Cooperation, Labour and Social Welfare and affiliated organizations
