Labor and Social Security Institute, according to its mission in educating social partners (workers, employers and employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare) and also developing specialized educating in the fields of labour relations, labour market, entrepreneurship, social welfare, cultural and social cooperation in accordance with environmental changes to all stakeholders, requires cooperation with experienced instructors in these fields who, in addition to having special expertise, can provide effective educating according to the needs of learners.

Accordingly, the education management of the Institute has refined its instructors' database and by ranking them in order to use the most competent instructors in these fields.

Also, in order to empower the qualified instructors and before starting the educating courses, the necessary arrangements will be made regarding the objectives of the educating course, the topic and content, and the teaching method according to the needs of the audience.
