Training Programs

Promotional trainings:

       Promotion of knowledge and awareness of tripartite groups via following topics in 4-18 hours training programs with supervision of LSSI in center of provinces. The mentioned topics are:

   -    Different Issues of Labour And Social Security;

   -    Labour Law Issues;

   -    Labour and Employer Syndicates;

   -    Job Classification; and

   -    Social Security and Labour Safety and Security;

Scientific-Applied Conferences:

       This program is special for production, industrial and servicing units, experts and managers of staff and administration units. The program consists of the last information and scientific achievements of professors and experts which held as scientific-applied meetings, workshops, and various conferences with participation of university professors and famous experts in Tehran and other provinces.

       All of the students and researchers of labour and social security issues can take part in these programs freely.

Professional on-the-job training:

       This program is held in order to enable and equipment of employed persons in Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and affiliated organizations both in professional and general training.

       Professional on-the-job training, with taking advantage of the newest discussion and achievements in the fields of employment and labour relation and also using of international sources, is designed in order to update the professional and also social knowledge of experts and managers of labour relations, employment, and labour social studies departments.

Tele-training Programs:

       According to development of communication and information systems and limited time and places for labour force to participate in training courses and also in order to creating suitable grounds for promotion of efficiency and productivity of labour forces, tele-training programs are designed with using of the modern communication methods, training books, CD, audio-visual devices, and mass media for experts of labour relations and also the board of dispute settlement.
